MEET SENSEI MILTON

My name is Sam Milton and I am the instructor at Milton Bushido-Ryu. I am a certified American Sports and Fitness Association Self Defense Instructor (CI101522). I also hold a 6th degree Black Belt in Isshinryu Karate and the style of Bushido-Ryu has been recognized by the Isshinryu Karate association as a direct descendant of their art. 

I have been studying the martial arts for 40 years now.  I have lived most of my life here in Lowell, my family moved here in 1976 and we stayed till 1981 when we moved to the Washington D.C. area.

I joined the service when I was 18 and as soon as I was discharged in 1992 I came back to the one place I always felt was home, back here to Lowell. I have raised my three daughters here and watch now as my three granddaughters are being raised here as well. We all love this town and this community and this school is my way to try to help and give back to the community as a whole.
